    • Reply to an existing thread if you have additional information for the reported bug.
      Do not use this forum for commentary, your post will be deleted and you may be moderated, suspended or banned if the activity continues.
    • There is no need to submit crash logs. Crash data we require is automatically logged.
    NOTE: Important information including your location and system specs are automatically put into your clipboard when using /bug in the game (DO NOT add additional system specs unless requested). When starting your post, just use <CTRL>-V to insert the data and fill in the entries with no data.

Waiting for your character to leave the previous scene

    I was leaving a scene when the monthly reward were loaded, then ran into a timeout and had log in again. When logged in again, I got the message "Waiting for character to leave....." I waited 3 minutes, then closed down the client by force since I had no other option to do it. Waited a minute until I could start the client again. I chose RESUME. Again, "Waiting for character...". Closed down the client again. This time, when I could log in again, I chose "LOGOUT". Ten logged in again. Still the message "Waiting for character....". So I sat out the wait. After 5 more minutes, I could finally play again.

    There should be a better option to resolve this!
