Would it be possible to make a way for lot co-owners to help with rent? This would help reduce the tax burden on the actual owner of a shared lot and provide a failsafe for the co-owner so they don't lose something they use if the main owner can't be in game for an extended time due to RL issues. (*note, I'm not asking for all people with access to have this option, just co-owners. I realize everyone being able to help with rent would result in very few houses disappearing which is bad for the real estate market)
