[Need More Info] Hot Bar issue

Using the mouse to click the 1-4 keys on the combat bar do not work. The rest of the bar works fine.
I can use the passive bar fine with the mouse but not the first four in combat. I can still access the glyphs by using the keyboard keys but not by using the mouse

I think we figured it out but will check again today.
This was a sudden occurence. I had been running fine all day. Then the last few minutes of my stream it happened.
After checking with some help from others i discovered that apparently my chat box and tool bar were over lapping. Not sure how or why . I have not moved them. But shortened the width of the chat box and the keys were able to use. Then i put the chat box back to the size it was and moved the tool bar over. Things worked. So somewhere in the hubbub of things or whatever. Those boxes have a collision on them that interferes with each other.
I will try it out again today to see how it works.
I wish there was a way to lock them in place so you cant accidentally move them around.

 

@Belladonna Rose, when did this start? is it only specific decks? are you running any lua that might be overwriting that part of the screen? more info please

 

Nope still happening.
I have had many players try to help me figure this out and i have no idea. Short of putting everything back to default setting and remapping my keybinds is the only other course i have to go on.
I have tried several decks, another character on same account and even another account and same thing. Since all data is held on the computer it shifts it to both accounts. So i will do a default reset and see how that goes. If it still does it then not sure what else to do but dump the whole game and do a hard refresh of the game....that is my last resort.

 

@Belladonna Rose, i did ask if you're running any lua. if you are, try disabling it?
