[Fix Needs Testing] Emotes used from hotbars don't show up in chat

    Title: emotes used from new emote bar don't show up in chat
    Reproduction Rate: all I've tried so far

    Details: I was using some emotes from the new emote bar with Belladonna Rose but neither the ones I performed or the ones she did showed up in my chat window. At first I thought it was because we were on the overworld but when I went into a scene my emotes still didn't show up in chat if used from the emote bar, but they do if I click them in the old emote window.

    Steps to Reproduce: Place some emotes on the fancy new emote bar. Click the emote on the bar. The emote itself works great but notice that it does not show in chat (make sure you have all the boxes checked in the chat tab too). Notice that if you use an emote from the old emote window that a chat message appears.
