The graphics in the crypt are impressive - the blood fountain with the giant skeleton statues looked so impressive that I could not understand that there is nothing more to it than being a side room. The large staircase over the underground lake reminds of the Epitaph. Sadly when trying to go up the stairs an avalance blocks the stairs - and when trying to jump on and over it invibible walls stop the player from doing so. Which is a shame as there is more stairs visible from below. Is there a reason that it was blocked off so or could the invisible barriers be removed or relaxed to some higher stairs? From appearance alone that speck of sunshine from above would seem to me to be a far prettier exit to Midras Ruins than the current one.
I think the crypt is supposed to be collapsed and lost IIRC, we only find our way in through a hole from a different tunnel system.
