With the R43 Notes officially published, I would like to mention that the Lunar Rift Chronometer has been updated to reflect the new Destinations and "time till rift" Information. As the Rift Stones now have highlight hints on them (hover), there is not a huge spoiler from showing the destination names. I will leave the original page up until tomorrow morning since the moon phases did actually change for the three starting locations.

Hope it helps make your Rift Travel Plans more efficient!

Lunar Rift Chronometer R43 CLOSED AS OF R61 RELEASE: 12/13/18

Found a few Time Sync issues, Rift Change should more closely match the game now.

This is a fantastic tool for navigating around New Brittania. I finally have a death-free way to get to Drachvald!

I think it should be stickied in the User Created Resources section of the Forums so more players can find it. @Berek

How about we do it by Moon Phases. Makes the most Sense.

Ok, How is this? The display now follows the moon phases, starting with Blood River at New Moon and Finishing with Etceter at Waning Crescent.

It appears the chronometer does not account for the daylight savings time change.

That may just be a guess; I used the rift to go to what was supposed to be Blood River earlier, and ended up in Solace Bridge. The Chronometer was still saying Blood River for another four minutes. I just assumed daylight savings time had something to do with it.

Ok I will give it a check. Fyi it's also very important your pc is synced to a internet global time source or it might appear off. I usually pull it up on my phone and pc to see if they are displaying the same time to rift.

I also once ran into an issue where my work pc WAS set to internet but my server was reseting it and IT was offset.

It will probably be tomorrow morning before I can get a good look at it.

UPDATED: Chronometer Adjusted for Daylight Savings Ending. Looks pretty on target again.

I realize this may have changed a while ago but I was looking for Bastion's Point the other day but when I brought it up in SotANavigator and also tried to pan to it in SotAMap, I could not find it.
I know that the map is in a state of flux but I was there and then I went to check out the auction in Veras Sanctuary then everyone on my friends list scattered to the four winds.
Help a girl out. I saw lots of vendors that had purchase orders there.

Bastion's Point and Veritas Sanctuary are like 2 sides of a coin, one on either side of Novia. While Veritas is located right near the Blood River/Outskirts of the Path of Truth, Bastion's Point is located just outside Solace Bridge/Outskirts on the Path of Love. We have Resource Depots in both locations. The Lunar Rift is a great way to pop between locations as the towns are both conveniently located next to one!

Both towns cater to veteran players as well as full support for the new players coming into the game!

With all the QOL Enhancements now in the game and Teleport everywhere scrolls coming this release, I see no point in continuing the Chronometer counter.

If there is ever a need for one again or they become active to for reaches of Novia, perhaps it will make a re-emergence.

Thanks to everyone who used the Chronometer in the past and passed on so may kind words!
