[As Designed] Death Shield: 1st PVP attack results in no heal - repeats after X seconds

    Title: Death Shield: 1st PVP attack results in no heal
    Reproduction Rate: 2/2

    Details: The 1st attack in PVP mode results in no heal from Death Shield. There seems to be a 20 second timer after the last hit with a heal results in this happening again where a subsequent hit doesn't receive a heal. The timer seems to be tied to the player with Death Shield healing naturally without magic, potions, etc within that 20 second period.
    Steps to Reproduce: Player A and player B are both in Brave Coast. Player A casts a 5 stack of Death Shield on themself. Player B attacks Player A from behind with a bow - only damage is shown in the Chat Box, no heal from Death Shield - to both players.
