    I can't believe this is still bugged.
    I am unable to progress this quest.
    Also, what happened to the journal redo?

    Are you trying to complete this quest with an old account that was trying to complete this? Or is this with a new character?

    And what specific step are you not able to advance? What does your journal entry tell you to do?

    This quest was updated recently and I was able to complete it 2 times with 2 new characters.
